UPDATE: Literally within minutes of my leaving a nice review of our experience renting from Sovan, they made a claim against our security deposit. The key they provided sheared off within 5 minutes of use during our first attempt to open a storage door. They claimed $150 in damages against our deposit. For a key! Broken off in a lock. That any YouTuber can remove in 3 minutes. $150! I'd gladly pay for a replacement key, as I am a responsible person, but $150?!?!? Remember Outdoorsy provides very little recourse, so we will never get this money back. The question to you reading this is if they did this to us, would they do this to you? By Matthew Audet
