Renter BEWARE. this host charged us $300 for a malfunctioning privacy window that wasn't working when see started our trip. She ignored our messages to inquire why she did that and then started a claim on our behalf with our insurance protection. She also added on a $50 cleaning fee that wasn't disclosed prior to renting. Make sure you go through every button and feature in the van and document with photos whatever isn't working so that you don't need to deal with a fraudulent claim against your security deposit.

5 stars and more. Everything was great, cool and clean ride, with a very thorough host. All details were clearly laid out and the family and I had a great time. I would definitely do business with this host and her very morden ride. Thank you

The host was very kind and had great communication. The sprinter was also beautiful! Loved the interior and the seats. The bathroom also was very nice. Will for sure be renting in the future.

Joie was a joy to deal with! She was wonderful, helpful and flexible. Helped us when the Outdoorsy website was a challenge. I contacted her by cell phone and she always answered cheerfully.
